We've Got You Covered at Sea Life Park
Ensuring the comfort and convenience of our park visitors is our main priority at Sea Life Park. This is why we provide all the services you might need during your visit. From parking, to first aid, to accessibility, to locker rentals, and more, we’ve got your needs covered. Learn more about all the services provided at the park in this section.
For faster and safer transactions, Sea Life Park now accepts cards only at all registers. Guests bringing cash can convert their cash into cards at one of three convenient locations: the Ticket Office entrance, Beach Boy Lanai, and at the bottom of the Shark Cave.
As a courtesy to our guests and for safety reasons, we ask that smokers refrain from smoking in all areas of the park except for parking lots and those areas that are specifically marked as Designated Smoking Areas. You can find these areas conveniently located behind the Dolphin Lagoon bleachers and on the side of Makapuu Meadows.
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the park between Rocky Shores, Hawaii Ocean Theatre, in the lockers by our Sea Lion Habitat, and at the Beach Boy Lanai.
Wheelchairs are available for rent upon entry at the Ticket Office.
