Enjoy a generous island-style buffet featuring local favorites like lomi lomi salmon, fresh island-caught fish, kalua pork, Hawaiian sweet bread, tropical fruits, and more. One of the evening’s highlights is the authentic imu ceremony—a time-honored Hawaiian tradition where a whole pig is slowly cooked in an underground oven, then unveiled for guests to see.
Notice: All GoCity guests receive complimentary admission to Sea Life Park based on the lu’au package selected. Sea Life Park will be open Wednesday to Monday (closed Tuesdays) from Sept. 1 to Dec. 22. We welcome you to visit the park during during our six-day operating schedule between 10am to 4pm.

As part of Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi’s long-standing commitment to sustainability, the park has eliminated plastic lids and straws for more than 20 years. By transitioning away from single-use plastics, we help reduce microplastics—one of the most harmful forms of debris impacting marine life and ocean ecosystems.

Driving Directions
We offer a safe and secure parking lot if you choose to drive your own vehicle. Aloha Kai Luau at Sea Life Park Hawaii is about a 30-minute to 45-minute drive from Waikiki.
- Take the H-1 east (Lunalilo Freeway) east
- H-1 becomes Highway 72, continue east through residential area
- The residential area will end, so, continue driving along the coast past Hanauma Bay, the Blow Hole and Sandy Beach, to Makapu’u Point
- Sea Life Park is located on the left side of the road. You will see the large signage indicating the entrance from the highway

Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi offers round-trip transportation for $35.99 + tax, with two arrival options to fit your schedule and travel style.
Early Arrival Option (highlighted in yellow during booking):
Select the early transportation option to arrive at Sea Life Park before park closing, giving you time to walk the grounds, enjoy the ocean views, and explore select exhibits before the lūʻau begins. This option includes complimentary daytime park access prior to the show.
Lūʻau-Only Arrival Option (highlighted in orange during booking):
Prefer to arrive just in time for the evening festivities? Choose the later pick-up option to arrive after the park has closed, timed for lūʻau check-in and seating only. During booking, the transportation dropdown menu will automatically suggest the pick-up location closest to your hotel. Please select the most convenient location and plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Guests choosing to use taxi, Uber, or Lyft should make round-trip transportation arrangements in advance, as return transportation options are limited in the area after the show.

We strongly recommend booking your Aloha Kai Lūʻau tickets in advance, especially during peak travel seasons, holidays, and school breaks, as lūʻau seating is limited and may sell out.
Is parking available at Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi?
Yes. On-site parking is available for $18 + tax per vehicle.
Sea Life Park is a cashless facility, so parking payment must be made using a credit or debit card.

Sea Life Park Hawaiʻi is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Mondays (closed Tuesdays). Guests can enjoy:

What happens between park closing and lūʻau check-in?
The park closes at 4:00 p.m., and lūʻau check-in begins at 4:30 p.m.
Guests may relax in the Beachboy Lānai restaurant area, where beverages are available for purchase. Our team will escort lūʻau guests to the ticket office when check-in begins.
Is the buffet dinner included with the lūʻau?
Yes. A Hawaiian-style buffet dinner is included with all Aloha Kai Lūʻau packages.
Our team will guide guests to the buffet line when it is their scheduled time to dine.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled lūʻau date to avoid charges.
